Job Title:             IT Specialist III Location:            Miami, FL or Tampa, FL FLSA Status:      Non-Exempt Reports to:         IT Operations Manager   Overview The IT Specialist III ensures proper computer, software, and network operation so that end users can accomplish appropriate business tasks for all business units. This position assists customers by taking service desk calls on a shift basis and provides support, training, and access management as needed.  They also provide technical guidance and coaching to the IT team. They motivate team members to achieve IT goals and foster a positive work environment. The IT Specialist III assists in the development of strategies and plans to create technology solutions that are in alignment with business operations. They are responsible for the build, deployment, effective maintenance, and tracking of all IT equipment. They possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written; able to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Following standard Enterprise Systems project management methodologies like Agile, this position will manage Accounting and Finance backlog and projects. The position will gather requirements, document them, add them to product backlog and be product owner for the accounting and finance team.
