Job Overview:

As a Sr. Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for managing our company’s financial assets, optimizing cash flow, and mitigating financial risks. You will work closely with the Treasury Director to monitor cash position, forecast liquidity needs, support capital planning activities, and assist in other Treasury related ad hoc projects. • Monitor and analyze daily cash flow and liquidity needs
• Perform cash forecasting and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow models
• Support the management of banking relationships
• Ensure optimal returns and adherence to corporate risk policies on our investment portfolio
• Prepare treasury reports and presentations for senior management.
• Support the transition of new banking relationship
• Conduct risk assessments related to interest rates
• Research payments and communicate with banking relationship for additional support
• Assist with compliance and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls
• Assist with Bank Fees, Merchant Services, and Purchase Card cost analysis and relationship maintenance
• Assist with gatekeeping bank portal access
• Support the implementation and maintenance of treasury management systems
• Assist with other Treasury related ad hoc projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, INDEX, SUMIFS functions; experience with treasury management systems (TMS) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, banking products, and risk management principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Although the position’s primary work location is the shared services office in Irving, Texas, the position does follow an in-office hybrid schedule (once fully trained and performing all functions within scope of the role). Depending upon project, position and/or company needs, the hybrid schedule may fluctuate and/or change in coordination with the VP, Talent Acquisition or other sponsor, as appropriate. The position will require the ability to work a flexible schedule in order to plan, host, and attend educational institution events as needed. Seasonal travel required.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone, reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
